The "VBN/VBF/VBC/VBP" is a molded bellows for vacuum piping that combines low reaction, long lifespan, and high cleanliness. The "VBF" is of the vacuum flange type, with the tube made of 316L stainless steel and the flange made of 304 stainless steel.
